Social active life plays a big role in human longevity. Elderly individuals who participated in group activities are more health than the loners and inactive(i.e. couch potatoes). Indoor and outdoor activities within group of friends or acquaintances leads to positive physical and mental health. Many studies show that most serious and terminal diseases, like cancer, neuron-degeneration disease, lungs and heart disease, kidney failure, etc. have link with poor social and inactive life style.
