However when I on 04th of January, 2 years ago, learned of Hadayatullah Hübsch death, I was very, very sad. My publisher had even reported him to do a reading at the Leipzig Book Fair in March 2011, where he would read from his new book “Into the heart of the Punjab” (with pictures of Ayesha Cute). Unfortunately, it did not happen. As a publisher and an excellent writer Hadayatullah Hübsch has enriched German literature and culture. No one could question him in conversation. We, whether readers, literary friend, author or publisher, will never forget him. Never! Hadayatullah Hübsch is gone from us two years ago. His works, his charisma and his memory will remain for many generations. ”
