WHO and what is Tahir ul Qadri? And, more importantly, who is behind him? Those are the questions now racing through political Pakistan, with no firm answers. The religious cleric, previously a minor figure politically, has been living in Canada since 2006, where he acquired Canadian citizenship. Since he arrived back in Pakistan last month, however, Mr Qadri has caused a political sensation with his demands that Pakistan’s democratic system be reformed. He wants to throw the “criminals” out of Pakistani politics, the implication being that doing so would leave very few of today’s politicians still in business.

Aslamo-e-Aliakum Wr Wb.
I think we should ask Mr. Qadri (Tahir UL Qadri Sahib) that if he hates west a lot why acquire Canadian nationality at the first place?
As a patriot Pakistani, he should have stayed in Pakistan than just moving to Canada to gain the Canadian citizenship and fly away after he has looted Pakistan and promoted his biased ideas of opening jihadi schools
I find him a very frustrating gentleman with no success in his career with whatever he has done (my own opinion). The best he has done in Pakistan’s society till date is open small and big jihadi madrassas in Lahore, spread hate with his biased speeches against one religion and the other, if he had been a pious religious man why put his holy character in the politics at the first place? When he thinks he has a noble aim to help people get to know Islam, his Jihadi Islam, perhaps?
Ok, say, he loves politics and he wants to earn fame (his main agenda – wants to be counted as a serious and sensible figure – he wishes) but then again, what is his agenda is not clear to me, to you and to the whole world.
He seems to be trying his luck elsewhere but as it is written, When you use God’s name, Muhammad (PBUH) and Islam’s name for your own profits (opening jihadi schools – which he does for living), you would end up running after what you are after but end up getting no reward, what so ever
If you study his history (or his achievements in life time) he has hardly made even a single success throughout his career and I think he has “read it somewhere” -- “never say never”
Must watch, what his “Jihadi Fellas” are talking about Mr. Qadir http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEFUVa9cCT4
