    Could someone help me understand what the person is saying around 27:00, when he interjects, proclaims something, then several respond in the crowd? Thank you.

    Its a religious cheer basically:

    Nara means “shout out loud” and the word takbir is the arabic name for the phrase “Allah Hu Akbar” which means God is Great. So when someone says
    “Nara-e-takbir” the response is “Allah-Hu-Akbar”

    Nara-e-Takbir = Shout out the phrase “Allah-Hu-Akbar”.

    Response = Allah-Hu-Akbar =(God is Great)
