KARACHI: Newly elected Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf has said that he asked Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) chief and spiritual leader of Hurr community, Pir Pagara Sibghatullah Rashdi, to pray on his behalf that he achieves big goals in his “little tenure”, Express News reported.

Speaking outside Kingri House after meeting with Pir Pagara, Ashraf said, “I hope to do something that solves the problems of the people of Pakistan.”

Ashraf also thanked Pir Pagara for the “delicious food” he offered him during the meeting.

“PML-F, as our coalition partner, played a very positive and strong role in my election as the prime minister, for which I have come to thank Pir Pagara on behalf of my party’s co-chairman President Asif Ali Zardari.”

The prime minister said that Pir Pagara prayed for them and was very hospitable towards him and his party.

Our motive is – love for all hatred for none,” said Ashraf. “With the help of our coalition partners and with the vision of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto and President Zardari, we would like to take Pakistan towards progression.”

He said that the two big challenges faced by his government were energy crisis and security situation, particularly in Karachi. “We are striving to bring peace to Karachi which is the economic hub of Pakistan.”

Responding to a question regarding the Opposition’s resistance in his election, he said, “I am here till the party has confidence in me and till God wills so. Nobody elects themselves as a prime minister. This is all God-willing. He can provide to anyone, anytime.”

“Love is the only way out and my message to “Altaf bhai” is of love,” he said.

Stating that issues raised by the MQM chief are 100% valid, Ashraf said his advice and input are very important and the government will solve problems keeping his suggestions in mind.

Interesting, the new PM of Pakistan must be reading The Muslim Times! (or watching MTA -- Muslim Television Ahmadiyya?)

    A very interesting coincidence!
I am sure he has come across slogan of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat very often and it has echoed from his subconscious.

Aameen. May Allah give him strength to fulfill the spirit of this motto.

There are many who claim this be their motto but don’t practice it. We should not gloat but reflect on how to practice “Love for all, hatred for none”.

Masih Maud(a.s.) has prophecised of kings/rulers who will accept his teachings. Some of them will be of this nation(South Asia:India + Pakistan + Bangladesh) too. May Allah(swt) bestow just and kind rulers to Pakistani people. Aameen!

No doubt this motto is the need of the time. Whole world must practice and follow this motto. ………..more so the Pakistani govt. and nation as a whole badly needs to follow it, if they want to live in peace and honor among the world nations.

A good post generating happy feelings in the mind and soul of all Ahmadis through-out the world. Believe it that all noble and good natured human-beings,like and accept this naturally ever-lasting motto of universal love and respect of all for all, was given by His Holiness, Hazrat Al-Salis,Sahibzada Mirza Nasir Ahmad Sahib, the grand son of the Founder of Islam-e- Ahmadiyyat, Masihe Maud, the expected/awaited, Promised Messaih, who coined this valued slogan of “Love for all, Hatred for none” which will continue to attract all people, of all shades of opinion, irrespective of colors and creeds for all the time to come, Insha Allah. So if the new PM has used this slogan to express his natural feelings, this is a natural out-let of all human feelings. But look at the thinking and performance of pakistani Mullah. THe mullah of pakistani roots will never accept or tolerate this natural expression coming out of the mind and mouth of the new Prime Minister of Pakistan. Rather Mullah will use this slogan of love to spread hatred against Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Pakistan, the newly created country, said to be based in the name of Islam and the holy ‘Kalema’, but imagine the mean, rather the meanest and the lowest, cruelest hate mentality of the Mullah who has forced the rulers of this unfortunate country to make such laws by which if any Ahmadi recites the Holy Kalema, as alleged for the sake of posing as a muslim, a “crime” for which the accused Ahmadi is put behind the bar for three years rigorous imprisonment. What a shame on rulers and illiterate Mullah of this land of pure ‘pak’ people . Innalillahey Wa Inna Alaihey Rajeoon.

Well, the fear is that while this motto in the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at comes from the heart the new Prime Minister of Pakistan is using it only as a political slogan. Still, hopefully it will have a positive effect. It would have more so if the origin of the slogan would be identified and appreciated.

I have also posted on the Ahmadi email group and it will now go a full circle, Inshah Allah.

The political scenes in Pakistan have seen sift changes and nothing can be said to be cut in stone. The new PM himself said whatever limited term there is for him,he wanted make good of it. Plus, he accepts the fact it is on Allah’s will that a person can be elected and or rejected.

Of the many good sentiments he expressed the most important was his declaration that he wants to see “love for all hatred for all” a straight and outright AHMADIYYA slogan which has definitely impacted him.

What the media and Pakistan public will make out of it and how much “tadka” (spices) will the Mullahs add to it remains to be seen.

But one thing is certain PM spoke the truth. If Pakistan want to see a significant and long lasting changes, then it must practice LOVE FOR ALL AND HATRED FOR NONE just as Ahmadis have adhered to it and have seen success in the face of difficulties and atrocities.

Let’s pray that may entire Pakistan be immersed in true love for all. Let’s pray to hear a resounding of the slogan through out Pakistan for a new heaven and a new earth where all people could live practice their faith without fear, prejudice or compulsion.

They accept the motto LOVE FOR ALL HATRED FOR NONE,but mostly they are not willing to believe in it…or rather they remain connected to mullahs and against Ahmadies.Hoping for the best,i wish this PM proves himself much better than the previous ones…

A day will come all the politician social worker will use this slogan without hesitation and hopefully they will work on it from their hearts. This slogan was givento jamat by Hazrat Khalifatul Massieh III rmt to create peace and harmony in society.
Using this Slogan openly by a Prime minister of Pakistan is a proof that ” dil hain humaarey saath muon kery bak bak Hazar ”
It is a reality Ahmadiyyat Islam is a forever true.

May it reach to their hearts and not only stuck in their throat.
And may they be able to practice it without any discrimination.Amen
I do not think he is so unaware to know where this ” Slogan” belongs to. But if he really is and some else knows it. he maybe in trouble.
Because Pakistanis cannot digest good thins. They are habitual of number two things.
